OVERSEAS PROJECTS

Trison Construction Inc through an IDIQ contract has provided design build and construction services on several international projects for the Department of State Overseas Buildings Operations. Trison Construction Inc having worked in over 5 continents and 24 countries worldwide understand the challenges of working abroad, and has the knowledge, experience and resources to handle multiple overseas projects. 

Currently, Trison Construction is working on two  World Wide Design Build IDIQ contracts with the Department of State, Overseas Building Operations such as:

GSA IRM Office Project SA-7B

New 30000 sf office space build out to include all major building trades, and creation of special spaces.

MPA Cruise Terminal Interior Renovation, Baltimore MD

Interior renovation of terminal to include new VIP lounge, expansion of ticketing kiosk, restrooms in passenger check in area

AAFES Shopping Complex Renovation​

Comprehensive renovation of an existing 100,000 square foot, one story shopping mall facility at the Dover AFB

Bolling AFB Roof Repair​

NAVFAC project to repair approximately 1600 LF of existing roof gutters identified at eleven buildings as storm damage to repair

Pinecliff Park A Frame​

Addition and Renovation to Pinecliff Park A Frame Building. Provided a new wood frame building addition with exterior decks, and renovation of existing building

FAA Suite 602 Renovation

Interior tenant fit-out work to build 4 offices in Suite 602

New Hindu Temple of Metropolitan Washington Area

New 25,000 SF Temple with several unique architectural elements

FSI Gym to Classroom Renovation

Cage Storage Building 117​

Fabrication and Installation of 19,000 Square Foot of metal storage cases and shelving in industrial warehouse

Handicapped Modification Elevators​

Building new exterior and interior elevator shaft structures and providing elevators, and providing other ADA modifications

Boating Center Renovation at Seneca Creek State Park​

Renovation of the boating center building exterior and installation of new floating docks. New Truss Framing, Roofing, Siding, Pile Foundations, etc
