As construction manager, Trison Construction collaborates with owners, architects and consultants to coordinate and manage throughout the design, preconstruction , and construction process. TCI provides the owner with the option of providing construction management services for fees only and managing subcontractor work, or provides construction management at risk by providing general construction services.

Design Build

TCI advocates the design/build model to the owners, in order to ensure design excellence and efficiency. From the initial planning survey, architectural design and engineering, permitting and preconstruction, to completion. Our priority is to guarantee delivery of quality projects, on-time and on budget.
